I use this tuner for a month for my 12 strings.
It's perfect for me. Very accurate and easy to use; you must take your time, wait between each string as the lights stabilize (it's true that sometimes it will turn around).
In short, quiet home, there is no problem. I do not know if this device is in concert adviser.
