Like other DJ this post, this is more than a decade that I mix and remix of electronic music.
I discovered Virtual DJ and it was the real revolution, he missed just one controller for the drive: the MK2 and quite good for that do not want to ruin the back (to carry the boxes of "SKEUD") and wallet ( € 180 seeking deals on the net).
I mix and remix at home (AMD Atlona, 1 Giga RAM, 2x160 GB SATA, ASRock € 50: nothing special)
Installation without problems, no conflict, Updating of firmware almost automatic.
manual: I have a fault I never read them ..... except crash.
interfaces settings are minimalist: aditional magnet bidouilller tweaks have been a plus.
No problem on the drivers.

I only use virtual DJ because it is best to live with the effects in real time.
Low latency
It's been six months that I mix with these tools I do not understand how you can miss a mix. Forward with technics MKII, I was a pleasure in Maitena mix of more than 5 minutes with an ultra-precise pitch control. Today I'm having to mix with the MK2 style megamix for ben Liebrand, every 2 minutes and which foot!.
For vinyl purists, we must go beyond the approach "best practice" and focus on the means that will allow you to achieve the realization of set off a pertuelles want to dance: the loops and other effects have become available . The effect reminds me BEATGRID beatbreaker years (1989-90) and had to be wealthy to pay for this.

last LOOP functions are essential for budding remixers and hacker. It is not an isolated sample and mix with others, ideal for testing versus.
in short I do not regret my purchase and I conseilsà mix who loves and knows how to actually do it because it's not because the two titles are the same BPM as the mix is successful: it is the feeling and sensitivity of the DJ that makes the difference.
