«  Record of review TAMA StageStar »

Hello, harvesters and threshers!
Between two compounds, and some cigarettes and not knowing what to do, I started to go spend some time notices of Tama and in particular the model StageStar. I do not own this model, because I play drums since the age of 14 (I 41, no, no, I did not reverse the numbers unfortunately) and without wishing to sound pretentious (I hope ) this model does not match my expectations. But I am very familiar with this brand and its recent catalogs. But it is always pleasant and helpful through this type of field, because thanks to you and your impressions of products, this may prove to be of great help for new musicians in the selection and purchase of their future materials. In this regard, and before continuing, I would just go back to a detail concerning the notice given by Trashman-Icing Sugar. TAMA is a low-end brand! I think and hope that you meant "low-end model." Reassure me!
For many years large groups of 80 (which still exist) who participated in making the sound of contemporary music (Simple Minds, Tears For Fears, Level 42, Duran Duran, The Police and I forget so many others) have played for years, if not always on TAMA. I do not even talk about rock bands today. Besides the models Imperialstar, Rockstar, and SuperStar SwingStar are recent or current editions of the 80 better and more modern. Then, as we are heading in the opinion, I'll give mine. TAMA is one of the best batteries in the world. Since the late 60s, early 70s (yes, time flies), TAMA has continued to improve these models decades after decades. The engineers of this brand have even been the first to return to the woods worthy of the name for the construction of their batteries and gave up (finally) Maple! The maple tree that was found with difficulty on all models since the early 90s, and was to be the ultimate in sound in the words of business at the time, so it was just a choice economic crisis since the pointed nose slowly already. The maple tree is beautiful to look at but a real m ... to be paid, extremely fragile and especially without personality! A horror for sound engineers ... So, to return to our sheep, you need to know is that all sets of cymbals and hardware on the drum kits of this market segment and whatever the brand is always changing as quickly as délais.Ils are just for show!
What matters is the design and selection of drums according to their budget. TAMA is doing and there hands down. There is something for everyone and for every budget, without sacrificing quality, ergonomics and design! Try a Pearl (which wanders in strange directions) for the same price. I'm not a bully (although sometimes ...) but after "5 minutes" game the gallows or something will eventually break. Yes, yes.
Remember that you can not buy a Ford Mustang when the budget was used for a Twingo (which I find nice for that matter). And then you have to pay first the code and the license before tout.Voili, voilou, I stop my blah. You can breathe. And continue to give your opinion, it is important for others. TAMA, an excellent choice. Chosen eyes closed for drummers beginners, experienced, experienced, professional. Thank you.
Musically and cordially.
