OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost a year to repeat the scene. Previously, I tried the beta 87a, DM 58.
It is much more defined than the SM58 (which sounds too rough on the side) but less than a beta 87a.
However, with the beta 87a, the slightest slip will not forgive, you've got to sing very fair.
SH55 for this, we need lips almost glued to the microphone if the level is very low. In return, watch out for popping. Shaking hands at the top of the microphone, you can saturate the sound giving the effect of a phone that is not unpleasant.
The sound is fairly balanced.
It is really nice to use live / repeat her look is impressive and you do not have to gesticulate in all directions to capture the audience. I find that all other microphones are too modern and do not personality. For cons, I recommend to use the studio as it lacks grain and having to stick the microphone in the studio is unpleasant. I find good value for money. Its price is justified
