OVERALL OPINION

Another beautiful and good instrument at Thomann. This copy of Jazz Bass offers a lot for an ultra-tight price. The ash body, although a bit heavy, has the advantage to provide excellent sustain. The finishes are blameless.
Micro JB Wilkinson are good. The hardware quality.
Comes with ropes round threads, it sounds input well equipped with dishes nets she sings ... as it should be ;-)
In summary, it is at a Squier (Vintage Modified Fretless model ... anyway, there's only one of this type in the brand) for just over a third of the price. Only notable differences between the two instruments, rosewood fingerboard with HB against the ébonol (resin) in Squier. Personally, I prefer wood. A little more mellow in sound. The species chosen for the body is also different, in Agathis Squier against Ash for HB. Here also I give the advantage to HB.
Once again Thomann spoils the musician without it exploding piggy bank ... bravo.
