Value For Money : Excellent
Aria IGB-68, made in Korea, a team Musicman humbucker type.

Saddle sleeve and screwed frne body (or else an exotic wood close to the Properties, even appearance).

Mine is active / passive (via a switch), 3-band equalization possde a (low, mid, treble), a volume knob and a switch for switching the microphone in single or double coil.

Dfonce the micro is a little rough on mine, which explains the note. Otherwise, it's solid, although robust in spite of its small body. I have a lot maltreatment and did not move in time.

UTILIZATION

Handle extremely enjoyable! If I had to choose one word to dcrire this low, it would be for comfort!

For cons, the map approaches the string does not facilitate the slap, which will require some adjustment for bass players over a habitus cart type string Musicman.

CHAC is very easy to acute and low estrela lgre well balance and trs. I love its shape, trs aggressive and sensual time: trs broad muzzle gives volume and makes it more comfortable to play: a happiness.

In passive branch and it is played. By active, we go a little more time tweaking the eq (which bypasses in passive).

SOUNDS

I attack my own mainly mdiator and slap for use Stoner / Punk / Rock and Metal ... and I'm satisfied. This has a low output level monstrous! It growls all advantages!

I played on a LaneyDB150C and a Peavey T-MAX ... The sound is to go. Because the output level, it is extremely easy (too much) to saturate and clip the pramps. A plug on an amp so tough, powerful, and well made to do him honor.

Monte filleted round (GHS Bass Boomers), I get a fairly rich sound and low mdium mdium, trs flapping in the treble. I filleted flat mounts (D'addario chromes) in recent months, and I get serious and detailed low growling mids, treble moeulleux and discreet.

Overall, this bass I ddierais plutt to Rock and even more hairy styles. I am happy with the rev comes out of its mid-range instrument mconnu.

Too bad the violin is not completely at the sound!

OVERALL OPINION

I have this bass for 2 years now, and it is enough for me (since adapted my music directory). Despite the shortcomings of stringed instruments, the sound is monstrous appointment for this bass extremely comfortable, fits all sizes. If the sound of the microphone you dplait, install him as a Seymour or micro high-end, and you have an instrument of mass murder in relation to the price.

Skip the Cort Action Bass that it was a shock and made me normment progress, both technically and on my musical requirements. I tried Musicman, and feel my disposal (I found the Stingray mdiator play hard, and limit eq too effective not to fall into caricature. on the other hand, in pure happiness slap).

I find the report quality excellent price for an instrument upgrade and quite rare.

It must obviously replace the criticism of this instrument in context: It is obvious that the IGB-68 bneficie do not have a violin and the stamp of high-low ranges of legends or a bass luthier . Yet it is an instrument of good amateur quality that possde a strong personality (probably comparable to the Ibanez ATK).

I think I did not spare this instrument, which abnfici of customization giving it now a strong sentimental value me (adding a pickguard round between the handle and the microphone, bne in 5mm thickness, embedded in the body to hide the scars left by the former landlord.).

If c'tait again, I will buy this bass, although my needs and my current average would have plutt facing the highest quality (Gibson Thunderbird), and even (rve final) to an instrument to measure.
