I looked forward to the advice of a good old owner of this bass, but too bad I start:)

Good Aria had his moment of glory, and let us be agreed that many newer brands at similar price on the market OCCAZ, will offer products with its much higher.
Bolt, a bridge that does not have a pet of rust, 22 frets, pickup selector / run, and hop forward!

UTILIZATION

First the handle: a real gem!
The model I was 84, with the since 2007, I made him a little review when I bought it, given a ride to the handle, readjusted the bridge which was a disaster, in short, I m ' misleads.
Since 2007, not 1 / 4 turn to set the handle. What surprised me is the ergonomics. The handle is really the most pleasant I have had in their hands! C a pretty, not too thick, quick to play, key in rosewood, with a good set of rope, worthy of the playability of Ibanez!
I really linger on the handle because when I compare to my Fender Precision, it's just day and night comfort level.

7 / 10

Mouth, we like it or not, I find it beautiful. In view of the placement of straps, it stings a little nose since one of them is placed on the plate of the handle, nothing too serious. Big pickups = plenty of room for the thumb ahahah seriously, very nice to play the finger, though the form encourages more to play with a pick for a reason comfort is quite unsettling at first to have the thumb support, but it is well

Channel easily accessible, very fast (I ramble)

Its level, that's where it sin ... Wood not terrible, let alone top micro ... mine comes out very low, but in contrast, that of a friend of 86 not out but the treble! With a good amp, you get a sound in the correct +, but it is clear that this is not a Precision.

SOUNDS

4 / 10

So the sound comes out very, very fat, you really have the reboost in acute without much abuse, but especially in the mid to get a clean sound. Personally, I got almost go over what the fat into a more neutral, with the slamming! I admit you can not do that with any amp, I had a Fender Rumble 100 before, nothing to do, drooled ca, ca, or no longer fishing. With SVT3 Pro does make things easier:)

Overall, a sound worthy of an Epiphone as I rule, not better, not worse!

OVERALL OPINION

9 / 10

Overall, five years after purchase, I'm still in love like the first day. The mouth is great, really great race, but the sound is down to earth. I have long hesitated to change the pickups, but ultimately stay on the idea that she will end her life as well, and too bad for concerts with the fair:)

What's great is being able to afford a bass with a real experience, a real look made for a paltry 80, after we know why the price is.

I see this bass more like a jewel in a collection, but playable live without too much fear with a good amp to the buttocks! Without hesitation, I crack again and again !!!!!

PS: sorry for the little objective scores:)
