«  Very close to a Fender USA »

Published on 12/08/10 at 03:09
George Lyon, it was a time signature Washburn for their series "Vintage bass".
made in the USA
mechanical tulip
Alder body
rable rable handle and key

The sound is very close to a fender precision bass, funky and very crystalline but may venture into the rock.
The finish is flawless nothing wrong. 9/10 because perfection does not exist.

USE

The big advantage of this guitar is its quick and comfortable handle that allows slapper or to roll the notes without problem. I am based guitarist so I can only applaud the handle the door to all hands!

SONORITS

I serves me for any style as clean as very saturated. The sound is very accurate slamming, very Fender. It's better anyway and a Fender mexico as well as a US.
The low E is dfini compared to other low trying (Ibanez, Cort, etc ...)
Lowering the Tone you get have warmer sounds very round.
Mode saturated microphones does not weaken, so basically you can play everything with this bass: Pixies, Sonic Youth, Prince.

NOTICE GLOBAL

N'tant no bass player I have to buy and sell a lot of bass before finding a low easy to play with beautiful sounds and above all that will fit all styles, George Lyon Washburn This signature is really what I found best in Used 400/500 euros.
