Value For Money : Excellent
Asian manufacturing Guitar (made in china if I remember correctly) I possd for the needs of a group of Mtal in which I played a SECOND cots guitarist playing on LTD VB400.

Fernandes Ravelle Deluxe Baritone:

_corps and mahogany neck
Maple _Table
22 frets Rosewood _touche
Nets (binding) key, table contours and head
_diapason 27 inches (686mm, against the usual 25.5 / 648mm types guitars "Mtal")
_accastillage black chrome (not opaque black, but black chrome, very nice)
_chevalet Gotoh Tune O Matic
_mcaniques Grover
_Sillet Graph Tech Graphite
_2 EMG active
_switch 3 positions
_1 Volume / 1 tonalitbr />
Cot construction, it's gibson style with pumps technical specifications on Les Paul.

I chose this guitar because I had heard great things about this brand that I knew finally bit. The aesthetic immediately liked me, somewhere between a Les Paul and Iceman with the right amount of aggressiveness and class, I love.

Note finishing with handle nets / body contours quite well ralise. We are in the same range as the LTD instruments, with a list of more aesthetic options provided.

USE

The guitar is pretty lightweight; the first time the feeling of playing on a longer instrument is noticeable, but quickly forgets. As the bridge down from a guitar in standard tuning 24.75 "or 25.5", the difference is mainly felt in the width of the boxes.
The round head bitten guitar nose without anything being pnible playing. The handle is quite round without being standard, typical Les Paul 60's.

SONORITS

The advantage of forks baritons is to go down in the low (for me drop C or Do-do-sol-fa-la-r maintaining a reasonable tie (10-56) and a voltage pleasant cord; serious stand also lighter fawn in the amp with the same tuning on shorter scale.

In sonorits level, no surprise, EMG sounds ...! The sustain is correct, and absolutely comparable to the violin equivalents LTD / jackson / Ibanez and others.

For added versatility, I changed the neck pickup for EMG60, softer and warmer than the 81.

Sharp and clear sounds compresss, EMG in short, saturs ... EMG sounds, violin allows palm mute rather provided "shaking guts." Perfect for those looking for the "big" sound Mtal and aesthetic originality without breaking the bank.

Good value qualitprix.

NOTICE GLOBAL

Overall Guest ... I tried a lot of kinds Mtal guitars before buying, and I know the LTD VB400 since my guitar playing on it.

The Ravelle, completely comparable in sound LTD, outweighs the originality and more sophisticated finish than its competitors (bindings, maple table ..).

A good guitar baritone which has the mouth ... And a good report quality price. 8/10 instrument midrange.
