I've recently been experiencing sudden blue screens of death (BOD), and every time Windows restarts, I lose the connection to my 2i4. I can only remove the USB cable and put it back to get it working again.

The BOD shows the error "DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE"

I've tried a new USB cable, I've tried different USB ports on my PC, I've tried the newest drivers and even rolled back (currently on v.4.63.24)

The interface is about 7 years old. Is it possible it's just had it and won't work perfectly anymore? I'd be fine with having to reset the USB from time to time, but the BODs are annoying.

Any thoughts?
