It'sa replica Tone Bender MKIII.
So Fuzz (analog) with 3 germanium transistors.

For settings, are 3 knobs:

-Gain: Adjusts the intensity of the effect
-Volume: adjusts the overall volume
-Tone: the tone is

Nothing very complicated.
One branch, we light it sounds.
Note that the settings via potentiometers offer a wide range of sounds with colors quite varied, although typical of this kind of effect.
We go from a slight crunch (gain low, volume up, tone your choice) to the big fuzzy distortion well in the dirty limit (Gain Taque ...), through shades clearly marked.
By putting all the knobs at the bottom gives a nearly chopped her, which does not match my use, but is still usable.
For my part, I do not push its limits, 13/14h Gain, Volume at 15h, Tone to 9/10h.
I get a round and warm with a grain typed 70's and I play on the attack
ropes to mark + or - distortion. Used with an amp lamp with boost
integrated foot!

In the genus quality / price ratio, hard to beat.
Be a little handyman.
It's not complicated but have at least 2:30 assembly, welding, drilling, assembly .... (I put + 3 hours but I took my time: D)

Price:
€ 26 + circuit components
6 € box
3 knobs 1 €
+ 13.50 for shipping

= Just under € 50 if self-assembly.

I, I love, I care, and would do this choice without hesitation.
