This is a copy of the Boss CS-3.
Everything is plastic, but it looks pretty solid, the knobs on the other hand are quite cheap and sensitive enough. A small handyman should be able to remedy that.
The rest is the usual features: level, tone, attack, sustain.

USE

Once we understand how a compressor works, it's okay.

SOUND QUALITY

So, I am against what I have read here as well as on other sites ... I find frankly successful effect. He whines ?? not only, it is not the case for the pedal that I have in my possession, but in addition, I note that the CS-3 also generates a lot of feedback and breath. The compressor is a rather subtle pedal that adds a little color to a rhythm or solo. Turn down the attack and sustain by increasing the tone, and you get the jingle jangle feature Byrds now mount the attack and sustain, and with a little chorus and a delay, you have the police, lower the tone and you will have a good mellow sound for jazz. I have never seen a compressor pedal be used with any donf, do not believe we will get endless sustain or attacks worthy of slap bass. I would say for trying Behringer Boss and the last is perhaps more subtle, which I had already noticed on the phaser.

NOTICE GLOBAL

A pedal that does what it is asked to do. At that price, do not dream either, it does not last forever. Still, sound qualities are perfectly level Boss, so it's in materials that the difference lies.
I do not understand the cabal against these pedals that allow the beginner to try lots of effects and confirmed to test certain sounds. For those who are not sure yet a compressor improves their sound, I advise them cete pedal for the time makes me good service. When she let go, I will opt for a more solid stuff, but for now, I have nothing to complain about.
