I have this headset for 5 years or at the time I was looking for a headphone not too expensive. It is a very lightweight headphone with ear and quite comfortable. Even after a few hours on the head, it is not disturbing. I have an AKG K240, it allowed me to compare the sound aspect of the R10. The R10, unlike the K240 is sorely lacking in bass, the log reporting is concentrated in the medium range, the upper treble range are downright shy. I use it only in the cabin speak for recording spoken voice. In this case, the R10 seems to do its job, but for the monitoring of the richest sources of harmonics, it seems a bit tight. Side manufacturing quality and durability is moderately better. My R10 had fallen to the ground three or four times in his "life" and the rub comes from the atria and system maintenance of HP. After each drop, they distance themselves too easily to the structure which requires their removal to follow suit again all. Moreover, the atria are covered with a leatherette type material fine, which tends to deteriorate over time. Despite these rather negative points, we can say that the overall quality / price ratio is interesting, what more could a headphone under 30 €? To the question, if I do it again this choice with the experience, my answer is, my next purchase will be a headphone AKG K240.
