« I had a dream ... »

- In what country does she makes? (United States, Japan, Mexico, France ...)

Made in Korea

- How many frets, what kind of micro and their configuration

22 Frets 2 humbuckers, but nothing to do with the Gibson Humbucker or similar. It remains close to the world that Gibson Fender but with more rounded anyway.

- What type of bridge (Floyd, Wilkinson ...)?

Floating bridge Bigsby on. Caution hard rules for those who do not usually arrivergle and mine is like toilet paper, when the strings of the guitars I've seen toys with son worthier than noodles soft that I had al the factory, so I recomand the laying of ropes and a correct rglages in the state of the art prior to the purchase of the beast. Be careful though the bridge is a small mechanical noise in jou acoustic branch but not noticeable.

- What are the rglages (Volume, Tone slecteur micro ...)?

A general volume at the top of the guitar, plus two volumes (one for pickups) and a Tone Generale down. The knobs are not effective trs Advent at least not the limit, or is reflected very quickly in 80% of the volume alone in a millimeter. The Tone is a little more progressive but nothing great about anyway.

Now everything else is happy that the handle is super enjoyable. I say it's the new version with the classic Bigsby not the one with the string tension bar. The quality of finish is superb and frankly I do not see the accused moidre make. The wood vibrates beautifully empty and I play as much as dry branch and the pleasure is different but great in any case.

UTILIZATION

The handle is an ice rink is a wonder.

Just one detail the heel is thick and trs application used to go down in the treble but in any case it is far from trs stratocasterienne ergonomics. (In fact it is the zero level of ergonomics that level) but given the thickness of the body and the simple notch, no other solution.

I put a picture of the guitar pickups APRS changes, the bridge, pickguard, the sanding of the head and the creation of a false Binding around the head and Oues. She became not bad either!

SOUNDS

Many believe gleanings left and right telling me that it was better to change the pickups. It is NOT KEEP. They are so beautiful is not worth of TV Jones not really see the difference (also adpend jou styles and the type of amp, because if it is to fuck a ton of distortion to discern good luck the difference) but for the price it's Super TOP.

Also no hope Setzer sound like a Marshall with serious donf. It uses an old Bassman on which he cut all the bass, and increases the presence. Once your receiver is set as you will have a better definition of the Gretsch.

It is in fact half way of his one true Gretsch but rounder, less slamming. Basically it is less typical than Filtertrons, but both inconveniant for those who want a Gretsch, but also
the advantage for most of the people looking for more traditional sounds.

EDIT 02/11:

I changed a few months ago the microphones for true Filtertrons, radical change in her but to be honest, I mostly changed for the look and feel of having a true 6120. So I put a true golden plate with Gretsch Gretsch written in black lettering on it, and I bought the pickups on Ebay for a little while prs $ 100 ($ 70 including delivery for a two microphones great deal, and just 30 prs to the plate).

I also changed the default Chevallet who had to do a little vibration not embarrassing enough METALLIC branch. So I put a Rocking Bar Bridge with Gretsch, more problems and more beautiful and trs trs is adapted for the Bigsby.
So I used to put a nut in graphite avoid friction and thus can better maintain the agreement in return for vibrato.

Last thing I sanded ELECTOMATIC lettering on the head and put a sticker on the Brand G cot and it looks like he is really serious in mass as the old Nashville. Frankly the beast is magnificent.

The sound is more gretschien recess and light but I still have my first trial, the original pickups are good but if a good opportunity arises and for me to go make yourself a true Gretsch ..
In addition to the satisfaction of having done all the mods myself even more than compensates for the frustration of having only Electromatic.

APRS change microphones note a perfect pass.

OVERALL OPINION

You can play any scratches on the Chet Atkins AC / DC, Rockab, Pop, Punk, Hard (note I did not say trash shred speed ...). But if you want the sounds randomly from Stray Cats, Neil Young, CSN & Y, Lou Reed period Velvet Underground, Monkees, etc. etc. etc. you go swimming in the very happiness and for the price of an unfortunately Ibanez you'd have to be made happy but the sound is not the same and there's no more Gretsch written above.

Basically it is simple trs Have you always dreamed of a gretsch and you could not afford to offer it to you and you'll be the man (or woman) on (the) happiest ( se) in the world with this guitar and you will eventually forget that you do not have the Brian Setzer 6120 to 3500 euros.

Or you dream of an ESP with active pickups and you will not read any fawn Jamis these lines.

Simply cents as is the case of the century if you want a box in his typical half and while with a Epiphone DOT you never have a Gibson, Here you'll get your Gretsch Although you
