Manufactures hand in the workshops of the family Hfner, prs luthiers since a century and a half spcialiss origin in the violin. They have long s'intressent issues lctrique guitar (Paul McCartney, among others).
Caisse Saddle Flamm rosewood, 22 frets.
With 2 humbuckers, custom made, hand, and directly by Hfner, sparments used, and in mountains SERIES simultaneously in their use.
2 volume knobs, one for each microphone, and 2 knobs bass / treble, micro Obviously - SERIES mounting allows great variability of composition possibilities of sound.
A microphone slecteur three positions, as in logic.
The quality of violin is absolutely glare for a guitar of this price (indeed, even for three times the price, it will remain glare! - Which certainly n'tonnera nothing to those who know the brand hfner).
UTILIZATION
The handle is trs enjoyable playing for a jazz guitar ... It is more enjoyable (personal preferences) than the gibson same format.
Access in acute is smooth, and allows tural VLOC (thank you cutaways) - although Obviously, the format of the guitar is not optimum for playing the hard rock bottom balloons by double tapping the top of the handle ...
The ergonomics are excellent, the guitar is extremely good balance is the knowledge of Hfner!
IMPORTANT: The format of the body, from the makers of the research mentioned above, is indict (I know): the table is very much larger than the gibson 333 (5 or 8 cm Diameter ), and the body is much less than Paisse guitars usually in this format (about 2cm in thickness only Hfner).

We can (must!) If possible use this guitar with a good amp trs lamp - again, do not look the price of the guitar, it is in-com-dr-hen-sible ...
The sounds are kind Hfner: it - that we do in the soup but in a clear soup, which the notes are distinct even in agreements trs tr s rich. This is the big diffrence trs my experience with Gibson, who are more than pchues Hfner, but the good trs Gibson (old ..), the rich sound arrangements and narrow search - the magic o Hfner dcoupe with the rare distinction and a great soup!
You can play a clean sound (jazz, and other adventures), we can make cruncher with great happiness, you can play the blues without difficulty - knowing that it sounds much more smooth (though trs of distinct, cf. above) a good old single coil strat! APRS is a matter of got - I also love the electric blues with this guitar!
Personally, twenty eight years of technical and musical rflexion (which have simplified my pedal board normment) do I use the fawn follows:
The signal comes into my prampli, then I DDouble its signal, the APRS prampli, thanks to a BOSS LS2 (simple), to maintain a cot a signal without any change and the other, a modified signal only in that I added a chorus, only on medium or low frquences guitar.
For the crunch (the blues or jazz rock), I add in the loop of a chorus distrotion Msa Boogie, lamp again, and pedals ... which I have also replaced lights - if! - So I always mix with the original sound without saturation, which I gre intermingled with the pedals with the volume and intensity of the attack.
All returns to the power amp, and before Dcibel and finesse!
NB: to find your sound Do not hesitate to play on the volume knob on the guitar to change the stamp if! (I mean down the volume of the guitar, and increase that of your amp, you will increase the softness of the guitar ... and, yet, let the fever to the max, and you will increase the distinction of his ... I amplify well in order to maintain, even in saturation, clarity and natural distinction Hfner guitars.
Hard rockers and fans of big distos, go your way with no regrets! Do not look here "slamming" of the stratum, or large saturations, this means! It is not for you! But I do think that even for the pop in his clear, she did more than his office, if you search anything that sounds trs clear and sometimes shallow, some acoustic guitars or lctriques simple ... I use it for about a year.

APRS moult test, an old friend told me about this luthier guitars Hfner, all I'm trying in Germany ... and I divided my budget by more than two, for a guitar (New Chancellor) I n'changerai not a gibson, even though age - and I know these guitars trs well ... it's ruthless, and it is also a matter of go t. ..
Veloute, boise, electrical, and distinction of harmonics - that I think, in the Contents of crdo Hfner lctrique hollow body or body (toutes!): guitarists Charlie Mingus dj used these guitars ... A word ...
