Avid Venue IO16 Option Card

The Venue IO16 Option Card is designed to let can connect your outboard gear to Venue SC48 locally.

The card features eight analog line inputs and outputs, and eight AES digital inputs and outputs, designed to integrate third-party automixers, compressor and EQ inserts, effects processors, digital music players, and other hardware devices for additional mixing options.

8 channels of AES digital inputs through four XLR3-female connectors
8 channels of AES digital outputs through four XLR3-male connectors
Use all analog and digital I/O as inputs and outputs to connect playback or recording devices, or as hardware insert points to connect to outboard gear
Route audio using the VENUE software patchbay
