The pickups are great, I love the neck pickup for solos!
The Floyd and the mechanisms are ok, the tuning does not move!
The handle ... a highway!
TO EDIT 15/05/11: tuning does not move, no worries mechanical level since the purchase
UTILIZATION
Access to acute is perfect (no shit heel, the body of the guitar is clear)
Light guitar with wood quality (it sounds right!)
Only negative because it is very dédéquilibrée fixing strap is improperly positioned!
TO EDIT 15/05/11: always this problem of balance ... I plan to move the bindings in the same way as in Jackson
SOUNDS
For metal (already nothing but the look) RAS! it goes fast, it's accurate and it's still fat. Harmonics out at the request and have the body palm mute!
I do not play in the clear or in crunch but the sound seems good!
TO EDIT 15/05/11: after many hours of gameplay and testing a lot of amp, I am seduced by the fat side and very organic sound. Compared to a 9v emg81 in there more gain, bass and body. This is slightly less accurate, however ...
OVERALL OPINION
I tried lots of Gratt 2 years! I wanted a heavy form with a good violin and good gameplay! As I turn towards an alexi 200 + seymour in microphone, I tried this guitar and ... I bought (700th in toto)
