«  An exellent price / quality ratio »

A lamp preamp, 15 w, effects: chorus, comp, delay, reverb, flanger, auto wah, phaser, rotary

UTILIZATION

Very easy to use. The manual is very helpful somewhat enjoyable. Switcher pedal sold separately for the two channels and programmable effects bypapasser

SOUNDS

This amp is extremely versatile, despite the small size of HP, it has very low current, which will suit the jazz to metal. The most convincing simulation are: tweed, AC30TB, 80 uk, boutique OD. The UK's modern tros rough, granular, not pleasant to the ear, however the U.S. high gain is interesting, it emulates a famous Soldano and you spit an approaching his first album of metallica.une video using this simulation :
The big highlight is the cleans, and quite warm with lots of bass, effects chorus, flanger and phaser are not good quality (at the same time one of these pedal effect costs the price of the amp). The reverb is good. However, after having played a lot of time on any lights, the sound seems "plastic" and flat, and there is virtually no particularly dynamic, that is to say that it is impossible to really change the intensity and volume as a function of right hand attacks. But the advantage of this vagueness is that it masks some errors, unlike a lamp that will prove intractable on this point.

OVERALL OPINION

I have this amp for over 6 years ... He's seen all the colors, shock, rain ... it sputters a little at times but then you suddenly turn the volume knob and it goes again. I bought a small night train lamps, just to slam lack of anything better so I turn to this amp, which surprised me a replay, especially in the clear. It is more robust and better sound level as his successor, VT15, which relies on the number of emulation at the expense of sound quality. The extent of the sound palette is available in a perfect amp for beginners and unwind, it is also easily transportable and can do concerts in small venues. (Beware of people bcp on guitar forums-that systematically minimize the power amps, saying stuff like "15 watt will not enter group")
