Digigram introduced its new 2-channel IQOYA *LINK/LE, a trimmed-down version of its flagship IP audio codec, the IQOYA *LINK.
Audio formats
In addition to the usual set of audio formats (ISO MPEG LII & LIII, PCM linear, G711/722), the *LINK/LE ships with an AAC codec package (decode-only) included as standard. Enhanced apt-X decoding is also available as an optional codec pack.
Reliability
The *LINK/LE is built on the specialized IQOYA hardware platform, combined with FluidIP, Digigram’s IP audio codec engine with the capability to send and receive IP streams simultaneously on two separate RJ45 ports.
Another noteworthy feature is the fact that *LINK/LE is announced to have a power consumption below 15W.
