UTILIZATION
no manual but it would be useless!
it really sounds great opportunity, even if the good old "ts" with the drive for 2 / 3 is unmistakable!
SOUND QUALITY
with a copy ES335: sounds really nice especially ts and bright. the warm is a bit muddy
with a lag roxane 100 (more powerful humbuckers): the same but fewer subtleties
with a copy telecaster: bright is the garish, warm is nice
Start with a copy (available as pseudo texas home gfs): while there: great! and with all the potential of this pedal was almost instantly srv, clapton's ... I tried the strat last because it's my guitar and finally the worst is the one for whom the "crusher" suits better.
ah yes, the "bright" brings in a few decibels and is much more clean in terms of record that ts and warm, what makes this pedal configured as bright can boost another pedal without distorting the sound. Protean what!
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for half a day, but overdrives, I tried some before. I Danelectro Cool Cat including transparent overdrive that is a reference for me (I'm not the only way). with this crusher is a carbon copy of ts (808 or 9, frankly, that is played with a single component ...), the beginner impecunious (and therefore almost by buyer therefore a more or less good copy of strata. ..) can afford the legend at a knockdown price! be no hesitation. Me, the ts was on my list of DIY pedals but when I saw the price (sales woodbrass) to ... € 18 (!!!) I did not train: it's half price diy ...
