Livid Instruments has announced that they started shipping the Base touch MIDI controller, a new model they unveiled at NAMM in january.
Base features 32 touch pressure-sensitive pads, 9 touch sliders, 8 touch buttons and 8 touch momentary buttons, hosted in an aluminum frame. Pads and buttons are RGB backlit and RGB LED show the values and position of the faders. These faders can also play sounds, switch effects and more, for they support note and velocity.
Base is powered by USB and includes feature edition presets. You can also use the Base Editor web-based app to set up the device.
