1 Echo's Layla (20bit) or Darla (20bit) work with AMD Athalon?
I own an Echo Darla card and want to buy a used 20-bit Layla (for the 8 input option). However, I'm going to be upgrading to an AMD Athalon XP system. Does anyone know for a fact that either of these two cards work with AMD instead of Pentium?

your M.board's chipset has to be compatible with the soundcard.( drivers)
Sometimes M.boards come with different chipsets.
I work with an amd 1700xp and my partner works with intel 2.6 and I work as fast and stable as the intel.
check it out with the echoaudio.com and your MB 's manufacturer.
