UTILIZATION

SOUND QUALITY
The sound is HUGE!! This machine creates "ambient" as the only large Lexi know them ... It's still the little sister of the legendary 480, an audio engine within ... Despite age, she remains in the firmament of great reverbs ... Forget the plugger, they do not play in the same category ... It is insulting to some convolution reverb fashion, viscous reverb sound with a disarmingly natural, short and ambients are simply magical, they put the lead voice in the 3-D without being heard properly speaking ... OVERALL OPINION
After several years spent with her in various studios, I found one that I used my home for 6 months now. I tried everything that is done Plugg-in, I do not like them, except those delivered with DSP cards (UAD1, not bad, TC "realverb" very interresting, X-Verb SSL beautiful, there's not to say that the only way to approach this kind of disturbing machine ...), I am the happy owner of a System 6000 from TC, and good old PCM70, and these three machines are absolutely fabulous and divinely complementary ... A 2000 € secondhand, it's really worth it, it's high-end anyway, and unfortunately, it is paid. Do not have one for me is unthinkable, it's the kind of machine, once tamed, which always gives you more than what you paid. The only downside is its complexity in terms of programming, we must study the pavement used for doc in English to understand how to use the machine ... Tedious alas ... But what a sound, my god what a sound ....
