UTILIZATION
The sequencer is really not that great, personally I am using the loop function: I press HOLD and a pad so that the sample is played repeatedly. It's terrible when one has sampled a sample Midi: the loop is complete without working sample.
Of the 50 available effects, fifteen interressants are very deep and act on the sample.
SOUNDS
OK but almost have to resample the samples with effect to keep noise levels correct (depending on the source)
OVERALL OPINION
I use it in addition to a esx and emx one, I would not use it alone.
+ Loop Function
+ Synchronized MIDI Sampling
+ Effects (45 effects configurable via 3 pottards accessible directly facade) (Multi-FX X2)
+ Time Sampling (6:00 mono findable with a card on the market at € 10)
- Sequencer poor
- The effects can not be saved (parameters)
I bought this machine sold off nine to € 300 in stores. I think it's not worth € 700 average price (at that price it is better to take a mpc 1000 or Electribe SX)
