Oh the beautiful blue flash comes out very well ... I have since late 2005, I appreciate the exceptional comfort at all, perfect to play for hours without fatigue.
Access to acute care is extra but, in more than normal so it should be. Nothing to do with Start, Tele, rg.
Microphones, hiss when you push the amp, but at home enough to give good sound base. A change as soon as possible.
The floyd is a disaster (in general, but already more here) because it does not agree, and the set neck so badly not move result is always false. Solution block of wood is good for sustain and the neck does not move. Fixes is very comfortable, nothing to do with Start or Tele (those little screws that you puncture the palm ...).
The handle is very ibanez, wide flat end profile and D. Jumbo frets, plan to file those that stand out (2 on my guitar), but very well finished eighth nothing nor claw.
UTILIZATION
Once it is used royal good weight and form extra volume knob does not interfere. The stem of vibrato is a horror, remove it quickly.
The basic sound is warm and round, with good sustain vibrato blocked.
SOUNDS
I changed the pickups, so good as to say ...
... Except that the middle picker prevents me from properly so I removed.
Originally ca can be a good idea of the different sounds of this type of scratching, but not rotten as soon as whistle is strong.
OVERALL OPINION
Good guitar, and captivating as discrete class, comfortable as hell, but it must block the tremolo. Good basis for good microphones, watch out the spacing of the studs on the purchase of the pickup (52mm for battery under the strings).
Vibrato for a small block of wood, remove the springs, floyd connect to ground and no more worries. Zero kopek!
The handle is difficult to resolve, at least trussrod works tiptop ...
For more 159euros a good bridge pickup is not never seen the picture is without competition.
Updated after 3 years of use: The violin (once blocked the floyd) is remarkable, nothing has changed. The varnish is tough, no chips. The lifts are good agreement (put the strings in reverse ball into the mechanics and it makes the mechanical locking ...) and look super sweet.
The set neck is a treat, it's gloss as in paul-sg is better than satin but hey it's personal ...
I experimented with several microphones, and the wood used does not erase n'acidifient the result. News I have a fender texmex in bridge and a seymour ssl1r in sleeve, nothing in the center, and the sound is fabulous. I tried to mount a similar fire on my rg321 and it did not work at all, the woods of ibanez puffed clarity and articulation of these single coils.
In short, this blue harley has not dated in 3 years, considering the price it was not obvious ...
