Constructed and modified in Japan.
24 frets.Dimarzio evolution in vibrato.
Duncan SSL-5 in the center and Duncan APH-1N in the neck.
vibrato "Floyd Rose original" (real floyd rose!).
5 possible settings. 2 knobs volume + tone.
Channel Ebony (taken! A white 7V: ebony fingerboard with the tree of life).
As you can see it is a custom, cross between a Jem 7V-W and-7V SBL
vibrato with a high-end microphones and 2 replaced (recall the origin of 7V-SLB has three Dimarzio evolution (MSM) + a licensed Floyd edge pro and a rosewood handle (blue tree of life). I can tell you that we reached nirvana with this setup and these improvements as aesthetic and technical.
UTILIZATION
We have already said everything on the neck and extraordinary ergonomics. What is here is daring the replacement of the microphones. I bought this gem on Ebay for a Japanese (European award requires huge!) Having really afraid of the result of changes (microphones, Floyd, exchange of sleeve). I received it yesterday and after 30 seconds connected (though I have a Marshall DFX 30) I was reassured, amazed.
In the aesthetic point of view it is also a success for my taste (blue, white and ebony).
SOUNDS
This config. microphones leads to a versatility that I had never heard or imagined. Floyd and the "original" unperturbed stable and clear ... The sound on the APH-1N and velvety souhait.Le fiat SSL-5 with a perfect transition will Dimarzio.Je m'enquerrir an amp and all over péstigieux lamp mérité.Franchement well I was lucky to find this custom, I still can not believe it! I must say it has not dragged more than half a day on the net I was quick on this one and hope to become as much on the handle ...
OVERALL OPINION
The Jem is truly a guitar extraordinaire.Celle it is no longer the only W + SBL + Dimarzio pickups with Duncan and Duncan + icing on the cake: a real Floyd métal.Promis true of a picture I made I ... introduce you bunch of jealous.
