UTILIZATION
The most surprising sue this guitar is the handle: unique! bcp rounder than the other jackson and narrower. I never found a handle like the trs enjoyable, well finished, freight lacks a bit of comfort but without the pnaliser. Access in acute is correct (the heel tends gener some guitar).
In terms of egonomie, no problem: Start with broad form chamfers. we regret just a little weight, after a certain tps it may seem cumbersome.
SOUNDS
No doubt it is a jackson: she loves metal!
in sound: it is not the top! its clear the bridge pickup is unusable because it is so aggressive, Criar! the neck pickup delivers a plutt round but sorely lacking sustain. in the neck position / central, clear ringing sound and the fender is interesting exploit. in distortion, the neck pickup is not too bad, we blame mainly the lack of sustain (almost zero). the neck pickup is very appecialble him for this solo but tjrs bp sustain !!!!!!
good it must be said that the era when I buy, I plugged in with a zoom 505 and a peavey studio pro ... not what is the best either!!
OVERALL OPINION
It's been eight years since I have this guitar. I changed the microphone to an EMG-85 bridge, a di-Marzio fast track 2 in a central and a fast track to handle (a branch of Zoom GFX-8); good ok j'au doubled price of the guitar but it sounded the thunder !!!!!!! I say "ringing" because the small has not aged well at the race which has tended to deform despite SETTINGS regulated.
a nice guitar and a little more singular Who bcp to beginners, and it remains true jackson (has done more than to come up with a like all beginners an old storm or other jim harley, and for a price really more expensive).
I regret the handle enorment I even prefer my misucman pettruci signature, it is to say!
I therefore without hesitation advice for beginners and even if you QLQ euro more, go to the JS-30 is good fun too.
