It has been almost three years now and I use it I must say that the sound quality is at the rendezvous. Fairly accurate overall, though a bit forced at low but nothing too serious. I use it as a stage monitor (drums), and it is so close that I even have to put my battery back 
.
It is very comfortable to wear, even after 5 hours on stage!
The only real criticism I will make is the quality of the thread! ! In fact I am still in my third (€ 8 each time)! This is a recurring problem since the store where I bought it in less than a year, sold 5 Senneheiser son to other customers (the DJ)! ! Although it is guaranteed two years almost all the parts are changed, I admit that over time it gets heavy! ! Paid € 80 at the time.
I would like to change a headphone but suddenly I hesitate to take a Sennheiser (HD 280 Pro yet makes me feel like), because clearly from the dealer, the Sennheiser are synonymous with quality, but also a priori fragile :-( (yes they had other back on other models of the brand, not the HD 280 Pro, however)
