«  The MUST ....... »

Installation is tedious and time consuming on my brand new iMac i5 nice but the game your candlelight
Several hours for me so plan to do it before 22 hours or you will spend the night
Not really inconsistent, even works with version 1.3 of the software my MPC Renaissance
Operation is very simple if you stay in the basics, then we can easily get into the guts of the app and, it is complicated but not insurmountable
No real manual, but a nice collection of overly didactic video uttiles

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

As mentioned, no problem with my iMac Intel i5 4 cores
4 MB of RAM
OS: Mac OS X 10.8.3 Lion Mountain
Soft on the internal HDD, book on a USB external hard drive

I've never been able to plant this app I use with Logic Audio and Ableton Live V.9
No problem either with my MPC Renaissance (ditto for Trillian and Stylus I also used)

OVERALL OPINION

I bought Omnisphere there are more than one year and Stylus RMX and more recently Trillian
The combination of these three apps cover all my needs for electro. I now use it almost exclusively these three apps, the MPC does the rest

I tried dozens of soft before and after Spectrasonics including soft Native Instruments (FM8, Pro One, Absynth, Kontakt, Reaktor) softwares Arturia (Minimoog, Moog Modular, Jupiter 8 and even the last SEM of Oberheim) and many others. I come after me irresistibly Spectrasonics

I bought 3 apps Spectrasonics (for other apps pre quoted, say ....... euhhhh ..... I have finally you understand ....... like everyone else. ......), the investment is therefore but one - honestly I have no regrets and I do it again this choice, 2-I contribute modestly (and honestly) the development of a society that really does a good job. Thank you E Pershing
