As part of a theater company association, I use 8 sets of Sennheiser 300 series and 100 series two we bought for 2 years.
8 of the 300 series are dedicated to SK300 G2 Bodypack Transmitter equipped sets Alice-MKE 100 st (that was purchased separately as greenhouses heads supplied with the ME3, not suitable for our use) , 2 of the series to 100 microphones hands.
We use these microphones for theater performances and songs often both at once.
Before this purchase we rented several systems, allowing for affine our choice.
Level and quality of reception even at over 100 meters in open space, I've never had a problem and the choice of frequencies is broad which allows to avoid disturbances (indeed there is a scan function that allows a scan to see the available frequencies and it is convenient).
Regarding the price / quality ratio I think this series EW is a good compromise that offers opportunities for appropriate settings for a decent price (under negotiation all a little receiver and handheld transmitter came back to just under 500 € TTC piece), when compared with the pro series (which we had rented) there is no photo.
After it is true that the micro hand is a little heavy, and that access to the adjustable impractical,
This is not the case of the handheld transmitter. But if one takes the mic pro series should also be a small screwdriver to make adjustments and it's usually me who is used, that does.
The charge also that there are to foods that are all independent, it is not very pratiques.Pour remedy for this I made a rack for 8 receivers in which I installed eight taken side by side and I blocked the 8 power supplies with hold over the entire length of the block 8 so that it does not draw too much on the connections and it does not disconnect during transport.
It is unfortunate that there is no centralized power.
I think the whole system quite expensive to centralize the antennas with remote antennas
Otherwise it's a great overall system that has covient very well what you do and I think that if we were to complete our kit is our choice to the same hardware.
