What are the effects or types of effects available?
Disto only slightly from the fuzz.

Are they edited? Via an editor Mac / PC?
No, it's just turning knobs on the machine and all the better!

Is this a rack or rack-mount model?
No, it's a pedal.

What technology is used? (Analog, digital, tube ...)
Analog lamp.

What is the connection? (Audio / MIDI)
Jack IN, OUT jack and DC power supply.

Note that the pedal can be powered by battery. Trasfo of the power supply is provided. However its use is such that it is difficult (almost impossible) to find blocks of power supplies for pedalboard (= with several outlets to power all the pedals with one transformer) that is compatible. So, I stay with a spaghetti of cables and transformers separate all connected to a power strip ... not great, -1 for that.

UTILIZATION

The general configuration is it simple?
Simple enough, but the settings interact with each other, we must spend some time exploring them to master the possibilities.

The manual is clear and sufficient?
The manual is succinct but sufficient. Once we understand what are the different knobs are adjusted to the ear.

SOUND QUALITY

The effects are they effective, responsive and realistic enough?
The distortion is very good, very natural, "organic" even ... not at all artificial, you really feel that this is the true analog tube, the sound is very warm.
Ceoendant, the pedal in its own well to it, a strong character, which limits somewhat the breadth of the sonic palette.
While the settings are effective and allow you to adjust the sound, but the character remains broadly speaking, throughout this palette ... we like it or not, therefore, imperative to test before purchase.
In particular, it should be noted that the distortion is mostly heard in high med / high. It "takes away" not low because the knob "mix" for the determination by distorted signal and "dry". However, it is difficult to get fat extreme is both very serious and distorted in order to take off the wallpaper.
What I mean is that even keeping the bottom from the original signal, which will be added by the pedal is especially the distortion at the top, so if you cut up the filter, a less distorted sound.

If you are not looking a the "extreme" of this type, however, is a very good pedal.

EDIT: For those interested, contact me by PM if you want examples of sound.

-

Which instruments do you use?
A US Deluxe Fender Precision (active) and a Cort Artisan 5 string (also active)

-

Which ones you prefer, you hate?
I like a distortion not too rough (no fuzz) with good grain, some low-pass filter, and mix in 3 / 4 (3 / 4 Wet - 1 / 4 of dry) to keep the body and bottom of the original signal.

OVERALL OPINION

How long have you use it?
1 year

Have you tried many other models before buying it?
I had a built-in digital entry before that was really bad, it has nothing to do.

What is so special that you like most and least?

Most:
+ Strength and impeccable finish, you feel the quality
+ Its very hot and very natural
+ Adjustments effective

The -:
- Not infinite possibilities (no "extreme fat")
- Not given the same!

How would you rate the quality / price?
Very good quality, but still expensive = Q / P ok but not unbeatable in my opinion.

With experience, you do again this choice?
I do not know ... I like the sound, but sometimes I send more fat ... I would try it again if more models to compare (especially the bass big muff Pi Electro Harmonix green home that looks nice too and much cheaper, but I have not had the opportunity try) ... but having said that I would resume may be it in the end.
