D'Addario announces the release of Zyex Bass Strings.
Recently reconfigured, Zyex material is a new generation of synthetic material. Zyex strings are designed for musical styles from classical to modern or jazz to country.
The advanced core configuration is designed to allow musicians to have “an even greater ability to control the finer nuances of their tone, ” the company says. Zyex strings are said to maintain a “warm, rich, gut-like tone quality while remaining stable in tuning” – even under extreme climate conditions. The company also assures that they have the fastest break in time of any synthetic string on the market.
