Thread help with cool edit

been using cool edit for about 2 months now. last time i saved the session all was fine, loaded up again after to check and all wav's where there. loaded it up again today and got gaps of around 3 mins or so all through my set where everythings been deleted. checked 4 viruses any so on but my computers clean. any suggestions why this happened.
