Casio announces the New CELVIANO AP-200.
According to Casio, the eleven tones in AP-200 are based upon high performance AiF sound generation, which already is making itself heard in the newest PRIVIA generation and offers a breathtakingly dynamic sound experience.
“Applying a demanding filter technology, the AiF sound generation enables subtle differences in volume and sound nuances depending on the power of the stroke, thus rendering the complex sound of a grand piano with extreme authenticity. Two high quality grand piano sounds do not only fall on open ears with advanced pianists. In addition to 128-note polyphony this instrument features a scaled hammer action keyboard”.
Additional functions like, for instance, a recording system (2 tracks, 1 song, 5,000 notes) a layer and split feature as well as numerous terminals (2 headphone terminals, MIDI-IN/MIDI-OUT).
New CELVIANO is presumably available beginning May 2008, the recommended price is 999.—Euros.
