    Fernandes Gravity 4X

Fernandes Gravity 4 XPublished on 04/09/06 at 15:00
A number of instruments. Play in bizarre little garage rock band. Mostly play bass.

Local Music Shop, Used, for $275
Previous owner had purchased from pawn shop in 1987, ripped frets out, never played it.

Silky smooth and incredibly fast neck. Completely ballsy tone: Growly, with more low-end than anybody should ever be subjected to: I love it.
    Lightweight, comfortable.
    Looks good.

A little bit neck-heavy. No high-end makes it a one-trick pony on tone.

Fernandes has legendarily crummy customer service, but fortunately I've never had to call them with problems.

Still can't find any flaws, and it's older than I am.

Bought it used from a Pawn Shop for $125.00

I like just about everything about this bass. It seems to be well made and has quality electronics and material. Very nice sound.

This bass is not balanced well. If you take you hand away from the neck it wants to fall to the floor.

You get all just about all the features that come on much more expensive basses. It is cosmeticly very very nice. A bargin for what you get!

The truth is I can't find much wrong with this bass. Other than the balance it is just as good as they get. I would buy another one if something ever happens to this one.

Won at ebay auction for $100

This is a beautiful well built bass guitar. The finish is great. The electronics are good. Easy to play.

Not balanced as well as I would like. Heavy on the neck end.

This is a quality instrument for the price you pay. Everything seems to be well fitted and well made.

I bought this bass to learn on as we have too many rythum guitar players already in our emsemble. But since playing it I beleive it will stay right here and be my permanent bass.
