Same Triggerheads TDRUM Mesh Head (at Baguetterie they sell one or the other depending on the stocks, so I copied this review), I use them for some years.
Very nice game, rebound and hit very close to real skin, which really surprised me at first use! one feels a little mesh under the sticks but it's not embarrassing.
A single skin pierced (tom medium) so far, but I do not play often ...
Excellent value for money: they allowed me to convert my old audio electronics, adding home-made sensors, for a price defying any competition! I recommend them!
