no problem, installation is very long (6 hours), watch your partitions (80GB total), banks of instruments and Loops can be installed on another partition but weighs only 30GB of the entire program.

no hardware incompatibility, but some problems with some VST plugin uses Logic as Audio Unit and VST does not recognize. This requires using the adapter "VST to AU" which does not recognize always the plugs.
