Installation is simple enough, but I do not like this principle steinberg key, which is supposed to limit the copies, but well done to me ch ... I do not use my laptop to go online, I'm just the "music" with, and so I used another computer to download the licenses.
However, it did not work and I had to contact the technical service that helps you to install the damn thing.
Now it works, yay!
I do not put as 7, because honestly, it's not ridiculous that little key that prevents piracy: anyone can find any software today, let's be realistic, and if you spend 130 euros it is only to get the license. It is therefore a matter of conscience, so why piss off the world with these complications??
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
Compaq Presario, AMD Athlon XP 2800 +, 512 MB Ram.
The software runs well, but I think that 1024 MB of Ram is not a luxury when you use many virtual instruments at the same time.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a short month.
I especially like the clarity of the interface, much more "logical" to me than Tracktion, for example.
I used earlier Cubase VST, but I wanted to go for Cubase Rewire with Reason function, which allows me to edit the sound and integrate vsti, so as not to make use only of the Subtractor and Malström . So, it opens new possibilities.
The SE version good enough for me, I do not have big ambitions.
The price / quality ratio seems very honest and I would do this choice without hesitation.
