I use these speakers with an amp household Marantz 1122DC
over the front grille protects the transducers without much real filter

I use the L50 with a marantz 2240 amp.
the sound is the sound quality tipyque American bass InPos of the 127A, the meduim and tweeters are very well detailed.

I was not, originally, a pro-jbl, I have tried and listened to a pair a year ago and i fell in love with the JBL sound. sound, clear, firm, slightly colored, which goes very well everything that is pop, rock, jazz or country. coupled an old luxman unbijou L30 is small amp, I rediscover with pleasure all my lps and cds .. a lively sound that makes you love music as it should be.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for over a year, I had cost in time the famous JBL L 26 and 36, the time, it had not rained too. I prefer their style of Acoustic Research speakers. but if it was redone, I'll buy L5O willingly without hesitation. Besides, I bought a pair of 4313, which is it, coupling an amplifier McIntosh MA 6200, the dream!
