THE MIDI solution - Reviews iConnectivity IconnectMIDI 4+

- 4 ports midi in / out
- 3 USB ports (PC, MAC, ...) with 2 supply current
- 1 Ethernet
and

- 1 port usb host twelve o'clock

This is the purpose for which I bought it. My goal: to provide newer hardware without tap Noon (in this case a beatstep Arturia) and older hardware (mc-303, XL-7, Phatboy, ...) or not (TR-8 Mininova, ...).

Note, audio passthrough functions on the 3 USB ports, but I have not tested.

UTILIZATION

- One branch, it works.

- We need to look a little on the interface to configure its routes noon, but it's more instinctive.

- I did not notice saturations pm (8 connected devices)

- Rather unstable under Windows 8.1, the interface works fine on windows 7.

OVERALL OPINION

- In recent days, this interface and to become my chain noon that my mixer is for my sound system: essential !!!

- I already owned mergers, but the latter merge, USB noon and PM: it opens new perspectives (including through a powered USB hub to increase opportunities USB pm)

- I would do this choice because there is no alternative on the market.

- Small regret (without controversy): The company Iconnectivity is more forward than Apple to PC.
