    Whoa what is this?

Lately I've really caught onto this Dwarfcraft stuff and as a collector of odd pedals it seems every one i get my hands on is more awesome than the last. Basically you have an on and off switch, a volume knob, a texture control for voicing purposes, and a starve knob which reduces the power and makes crazy noises. There are also two switched. One which creates upper octave tones in the sound and another which is a kind of squeel switch for the starve knob. It also has a switch to turn the starve circuit on and off.

Lately I've really caught onto this Dwarfcraft stuff and as a collector of odd pedals it seems every one i get my hands on is more awesome than the last. UTILIZATION

At first glance this pedal is somewhat intimidating just because you aren't sure what everything does exactly. But after some trial and error it becomes apparent that there aren't any rules to this thing at all. It's totally a beast by itself. I run mine with a Les Paul Custom through a few pedals and a Bogner Shiva most of the time. I haven't had any issues with it. Seems very solid.

    SOUND QUALITY

I'm not sure how to describe this thing. It really likes to oscillate...a lot. In fact, it's hard to get a sustained and not choppy signal out of it sometimes. If you like out of control rhythmic patterns this is the pedal for you. I can see this thing being used for a lot of obscure indie type rock. It's very synced up and melodic with the overtones but at the same time it's super noisy and has a sub bass thing going on. It's actually pretty easy to use. You really just plug in and start turning knobs to get results.

    OVERALL OPINION

These Dcraft pedals keep surprising me by doing way more than I expect. I really had no idea what this was when I got it and it has turned out to be a lot more than another noisemaker. I think the great thing about it is its ability to be noisy and out of control while staying musical and melodic so it still has a use. I recommend it to anyone who does electro indie or crazy sounding rock stuff. It's totally sick.

    UTILIZATION

configuration is very simple for me it happens randomly ... this I turn the knobs and switches I activate them without knowing what it's going to give, and I always manage to have a huge sound. all the controls interact in a very sensitive way. therefore a millimeter more or less in the race for a knob and the sound changes radically ... In addition, depending on the guitar pickups (single or double, large output level or not) and setting the tone, the texture of the fuzz also changed completely.

    - A knob level: he acts "normally" between 0 and 2.5, then this is the avalanche gain and compression to make blunders your speakers ...
    - A knob texture: well it seems to act on the general texture and grain, but with a logic that I still do not understand ...
    - A knob starve: the bin will know?? but this thing with the widget bar to spin alone bleep ca, ca grind, hard ca, ca lot of space harmonics addition, a kind of VCF LFO of death that kills ... AC plays alone ... it seems that simulates AC power annorexique ... (Old type battery ...)

2 switch, not identified on my pedal, an octave up switch and switch "Squeel" you it seems .... ben the same I will not know to tell you how it works, but it works ...

2 footswitch, a bypass, this one is normal, and starve that triggers sounds weird ...

the manual, there is no ...

Configuration very fun so we turn, we switch, we cheat, we play, we take a slap and over again .... we identify one or two sounds, and we pray that repeat the same setting ...

    SOUND QUALITY

Lovers or gilmour hendrix, go your way and buy a big muff or a mxr. although, in taming the beast, you can manage to have sound almost conventional ...

on the other hand for punks, alternative, the noisy, the appliances, and other sounds crazy strumming, it's the holy grail ...

Sound living, monstrous, unpredictable, nervous, dry and squeaky tears. A record low this very tense and nervous, we do not expect it with a fuzz, and acute tear without ear-splitting ... AC must be monstrous with a bass or a synth (not yet tried with).

For rhythmic riffs or punk, grunge, indie electro mechanical Tyrannosaurus is a fast race ... for solos, it's harder to tame, but when it does, it's huge.

The foot with this pedal is to play with feedback ... as she goes into more strange noises with starve, we can create space overseas feedbacks, AC hangs on ...

What is most amazing about this machine, either live or recording is that it cuts through the mix without overwriting the other instruments, whatever the level and more ... I already made two recordings with no EQ in the mix, a shot level, a pan shot, and it's over ... live like it.

Little detail has its importance, the pedal does absolutely no breath ... must say that given the monstrous noise that it can generate, there is a gate in a circuit, we hear that, but it's not annoying, you learn to play with.

    OVERALL OPINION

A weapon of mass destruction for rhythmic punk or indie. A real treat for hackers sounds like me too (if you like the sounds are pretty good on ....). I was looking for a zvexx or death by audio and I fell over the accident, much cheaper, the price / quality ratio is excellent, and it was not the sound of everyone ...
