UTILIZATION
Earlier simple to use
the knobs are very effective
if you push the bass sound is nice, even singing treble that remains.
we will not lose momentum in either as far as the bypass is very transparent
gain allows a wide range of overdrive distortion up until almost the very hairy ... but always musical, hot ....
on this point is also excellent
SOUND QUALITY
taking account of other equipment .... I find it really effective
on a Fender type amp tube with a strat gives the sound you would expect ie hot and vintage wish ...
with an LP with the gain almost to get it back is a classic rock sound warm and widened, in other words, very musical ... some describe as "old"
thus no preference settings, the range of settings is large enough that everyone finds his account (as long as we remain in the field of light saturation of course !.... but it remains surprisingly accurate anyway!)
OVERALL OPINION
I tried several types of loadings in recent years, both in multi or single pedal.

I do not know what she will give a transistor amp, but sone so much warmer than a boss od-1 and equa example is incomparably more effective ....
So given the price at 44 euros thotho ....
it's really cheap for its rock of the 60s

on an amp transo be tried to see if it keeps the heat ... but on a lamp must have it in his pedal board!
