The neck is a 5 piece box 24
The vibrato is on the edge lo pro, the same as vai or satriani
The pickups are Ibanez (yes It exists) MSM
Volume and tone simplicity is de rigueur

She is really beautiful, the vein of the body are mahogany and elegant varnished no defect!

UTILIZATION

This guitar is fantastic, the handle is a convenient great finesse, a highway! Access to acute is facilitated by the shape of the corp. It is light as a feather, certainly the lightest guitar that m have been given to try and thin as cigarette paper! You do not come back! Moreover Floyd holds the beautifully agreement and the factory setting is good!

SOUNDS

I play in more rock style, but the metal and jazz are also part of my game. This guitar is of a fantastic versatility! Ibanez hits hard !! Micro Channel allows jazz sounds like hard rock, greasy yet very precise, it is very nice! The middle allows strat sounds to play little wing and funk! The only shortcoming is its acute microphones which, in my opinion is a little too dark and bold, I plan to change it to sound more like van halen! But it's not that personal feelings!
The knob is very responsive and have a surprisingly long progression which allows a wide range of sonorities!
Couple with my majik box fuzz universe, it wreaks havoc !!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 5 months. I wanted a versatile guitar discreet beautiful, well equipped, single guitar able to ensure in every style while having its own personality. I have long hesitated with the JEM7V but discretion and elegance level is not quite right

If the price may seem high, it is legitimized to quality instrument!
Today I refrais without hesitation that choice!
Also note that there is the same model but with a maple Flamée for about 1600 euros-)
