Pure analog VCA compressor. Ditable not by computers, are rglages by brave potentiomtres. Submitted by 19 "1U rack not deep (15 cm). A real Detachable power cord. I / O on XLR and jack 6.35. Stereo Compressor + Expander / Gate Stereo . between a sidechain.

UTILIZATION

All are the rglages it is for those who know how to use a compressor. For others, there are no presets, and the manual does not rglages types depending on the intended application. We must therefore also documented, and / or ttonner a bit. on the other hand there are enough level LED indicator to help rglage, and there is a possible auto attack / decay.

SOUND QUALITY

I intended to use it to low (see below) but ultimately it will plutt the sound or voice or whatever. I have never yet t excited about the compression on a bass live (to make a studio CD is another dbat), and I thought this product do that because it is r put and there are plenty of rglages, but no. I note the product in the absolute, not for use with a bass, it would not be fair because it is a good product.

OVERALL OPINION

I just acqurir. It works fine, compression is capable of being effective without understanding too (much better than the equivalent in Beh ...), it does not blow, the quality of construction is good. I use a bass guitar. To held notes with a long sustain trs, it works well. on the other hand I find that if I want to use it to level the scores, for example to help slap the pack made me lose the momentum too PCHE. I also thought to use it as a limiter to get my amp 100 W average sound level over a lev before saturation is heard, but does not work, because ultimately my amp much cash trs peaks without distortion gnrer dsagrable is when the average Exceeds the limit is meant to saturation, so the compressor can do nothing. Finally, a good product, but I do not see much intrt for the bass.
