I use the DN-S 1000 for about 2 months.

What I like most:
- The possibility to make two loops;
- Its size and weight;
- The effects, especially the echo loop that allows you to make cool stuff;
- The memory that stores custom settings for a song (cue points, pitch, etc. ...), handy when you want to mix something quickly without having to search for all cue points, you can m Morise custom settings to 1000 songs.
- The search function of cue point, just to beginners but Drout allows stalling points of perfect loop;
- Covers many other functions, looking well we realize that with a little matrise and time can be made of the effects and original mixes;
- Scratch function, which although it is unnecessary compltement is quite raliste;
- The pitch that goes up to + / - 100% and that can raise the voltage on a loop ... chtite

What I like least:
- I AIM buckles of 1, 2 and 4 beats, it is the ncessire to make its loop and the same self-edit (possible loop exit point only) if n is not perfect;
- Bpm counter, you will need to use your ears to the plate, the bpm counter is rotten.
- Touch the buttons a little spcial, especially the large cue, it's hard to be with prcis (must get used to ...)
- The loss of level when using the echo loop is a bit Gnant (personal level I go up at the same time on the table).

But I think these are just small default.

Acqurir before I could test (quick) the CDJ 1000 (I pass, it is not in the same CATEGORY) and Axis 9, Chres least, of good quality but with fewer features, larger and less pro look.

In conclusion, I would say the price quality ratio is excellent, especially for what she can do, it's a real pleasure to use, and Submitted everything you need to be cratif, never bored. I can not say anything at the moment on the long-term reliability.

effects, mp3 playback and use in general is great except that it must support openly on the board to scratch .*
I had as a model for the platinum cdj 100s, 200, and 800 mk2.
The 800MK2 is great but the space when moved in a cabin and not top.La 100s is a good player but the 200 fishing effects by poorly calibrated.
The advantage of the denon is that it takes up little space in a cabin and is easily transportable.Le product has great value qualitprix.

In conclusion the only decks I think are suprieures: 800/1000 cdj dns 3500 / ...
and may be the cdj 400 but that's another another price range (600 euros minimum). So for those who do not want to invest all that, the DNS 1000 is the obvious choice and can do the same if not more thing plates with CITES (except at the scratch)

I use it for a few months dj. It runs great!

The pros: the effects (flanger filter echo and echo / loop), the reverse and breaktime. The space the auto bpm (90% correct) to loop (that's really great!). The hot start ....

The -: ... nothing to say with a little heater on the rear face (in intessif use only). The scratch mode is nice (for me at all I mix the elctro) but I think little or not enough, perform for someone who do the scratch!

The ratio quality / price is excellent (380 euros sonovente.com) Exceeds frankly it scabies and many more platinum CHRE (eg Stanton).

I like these plates. Most of the functions and effects (which are numerous for a trs drive this price range) are well developed. These are not gadgets as one might think.
For cons, the scratch is completely useless. It must be a virtuoso to do something similar vinyls, as given that there is no visual repre, the jog wheel is the Diameter of a cd and if it goes too far too fast, the music takes a little dlais back, or just stops.
Also, another sad problem, and co is the filter frequency drives, which significantly reduce the volume. When they are used, one should always have a hand over the mixer, directly on the volume or the gain of the channel, you have the long complex mix.

If I had the budjet, like any DJ census of this world, I would choose the CDJ-1000's the pioneer. With a good mix of the same quality of DJing these kits are by far the most powerful and those leaving the crativit more room on the market. on the other hand, with the same budget that I possde now, yes, I would do this choice.
