Sound quality very basic property against which this amp is sold (1850 to € € 2004 / 1500 in 2010). Indeed very powerful but useless (no sound other than CLEAR)

UTILIZATION

Easy to use especially if you do not want anything to ask. Amp on-sold, but this is not true of all the Marshalls? Its unique

SOUNDS

clear. No crunch or even less without adding saturation pedal. In 6 years I have tried 4 pedals to very disappointing results
Seymour Duncan Tweak Fuzz (gave his amp off)
MXR Dist III (good for the crunch but no more)
Homebrew Electronics Big D (slightly better than the Tweak Fuzz - say it!)
Fulltone OCD (ditto about the Big D)
Played with U.S. Std Start, '52 Tele, Gibson LP Std 2003, Gibson SG'61 (reissue)

OVERALL OPINION

A 6-year ordeal before refourguer the store where I bought it for 900 €.
I bought a Fender meantime HOT ROD 410 for half the price and sound quality and versatility far superior.
