OCD = Obsessive Compulsive Drive

Pedals for overdrive / distortion is analog transistor, all that is classic.
3 knobs: volume, tone and drive,
a switch LP / EP, which offers a choice of two modes: Modern / Vintage
A true bypass footswitch very robust.
1 in, 1 out, and between 9V

MXR format, access to the battery by disassembly of the box (4 screws)

Very neat finish

UTILIZATION

Configuration: see above.

Edition SETTINGS simple but very effective, I am not too dwelt on the settings, I quickly found a sound that suited me

SOUND QUALITY

Simply the best overdrive I got up Submitted. I also have a tube factor that happens to trigger at the same time, I find that OCD has a rponse clearer, more transparent. A large gain range, the modes are vintage caracteriseznt prsence a stronger midrange and gain a little fat, it is necessary to compensate for the volume if you want to stay in the mix. the drive is natural, is perfect for me, I set it to 9:00, the tone around 10:00, the volume of a Manir have some plius that its clean. With these settings the rponse directly LIEA the attack, one can easily have an almost clear if the attack just the strings or decrease the volume of the guitar (a Burny LP 78 with microphone type P90) [ in a Twin ]..... Oh I forgot: no breath .. as the Tube Factor. I play 70's rock (Gallagher, Hendrix ....) So a vintage sound ....

OVERALL OPINION

3 weeks, tried it at home in a SansAmp then repeated ..
A simple quality profesional pedal (you can feel the quality, not breathing, transparency)
I tried: Sansamp Tri AC, DM4, Tube factor (I couple OCD), TS9, Belcat .... I bought this one without trying it ...
Purchased in the US, pedal very expensive in France, but you can feel the difference in quality.
I'll probably continue to try the Fulltone products ....

complement after a concert: I understand it is called Obsessive spourquoi: the more it goes, the more I always triggers ... it is slowly replacing the TF and I'll return the belcat upstream to push a little. the rponse a 2 LP diffrent (like P90 and like PAF) is very respectful of the signal diffrent originial.
